The crew at Dave Smith is professional, courteous, and went the extra mile to make sure that we were taken care of. Our new vehicle has the all wheel drive that we need for difficult winters, an excellent warranty, and my wife is happy with the seats that include built-in massage. Shout out to Robert Bland! He helped my husband find the apple of his eye when it came to trucks. We came in to Dave Smith CDA with an idea and left with more than we would hope for. 10/10 customer service. We were pretty apprehensive shopping after our last experience with a different dealer and Robert and Dave Smith have restored our faith in the car purchasing experience. Matthew in financial was also super helpful while we reviewed the paperwork. As I said we have been in a poor purchasing situation before so we took more time to review everything before signing and he was very patient and supportive.

I am very pleased with my salesman. Greg he was courteous, professional, and very kind. He’s very knowledgeable. He Answered all my questions in detail. The process was quick and real easy for me because he did His job In a competent manner . I was also very pleased v with the financial agreement your financial representative negotiated for me. I’m very happy with Dave Smith dealership and its representatives! In the futurewill recommend and refer your dealership to all my friends and acquaintances in the future I’m just not happy about purchasing a vehicle dealership. . I had an excellent experience with Jeremiah at Dave Smith CDA. I would buy from him again regardless of what dealership he works for! Honest fellow with excellent communication and he is truly a rare find these days if you’re looking for a up front fair sale. I am extremely glad that he was my sales associate as he is extremely knowledgable about mechanical aspects that most salesmen do not know about.
